Tasting Notes: Candied Pecan, Blackberry, Maple Syrup

Jetsetter is our house blend for our airport locations at BNA! The components rotate seasonally, but currently Jetsetter features a natural process Brazil base with super clean Guatemalan washed coffee and a natural-process Honduran coffee. We wanted this coffee to be a departure from our regular blends, and the inclusion of a natural process coffee brings a fruitiness and depth that makes this blend unique.

Blend Breakdown:

  • 50% Veloso, Fazenda Santa Barbara natural, Cerrado Miniero, Brazil

  • 25% Finca Concepcion Buena Vista washed process, San Martin Jilotepeque, Guatemala.

Smooth Jetsetter, Our Coffee for Years

    Dec 18th 2025

We have been using jetsetter as our main coffee for several years now. I first discovered it when I was working at Grimey’s (we had it in our bookstore area every day). It is such a smooth and well balanced coffee. Not too dark, not super light…just right!

Very balanced and sweet coffee! Complex enough to scratch the itch for the coffee nerds, but also comfortable enough for people new to specialty! Great job!

    I found this in Hendersonville,

    Jan 7th 2024

I found this in Hendersonville, TN at Krogers. I generally don’t leave reviews, but this coffee blew me away! Easily the best tasting Cappuccino’s I’ve made. I have a tendency to over extract my espresso shots, but this coffee still tastes amazing! By far my favorite coffee!

I was given a bag of Jetsetter as a gift. It was hands down the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. It’s made me want to drink THIS coffee every single day.

what is the difference between single origin coffee and coffee blends?

single origin coffee comes from a specific geographic region, or in 8th & Roast’s case, a farm or family of farms. this allows for a dialed-in flavor profile that carries the trademark of the area where the coffee was grown, with elements like climate, elevation, and soil as factors. blends are created when our roasters combine coffees of a different origin and/or process in a deliberate way, creating a unique flavor profile.
