This is the perfect class for those who want to start making pour over coffee at home, or already do & want to take their skills to the next level!

Pour over coffee is one of the best and easiest ways to make cafe quality coffee at home, and there are many variables that go into making a good cup. This class will define the most important extraction variables and how to tweak them to get the taste you want.

At 8th & Roast, we have always offered our most unique and delicious coffees on pour over at our street side locations, and with this class we will teach you our signature V60 recipe!

We will also discuss the most popular pour over methods such as Chemex, Kalita and the differences between them, as well as basic recipes and tips to tweak your recipe to cater to your specific taste and preference!

Attendees will be doing pour overs and training like an 8th & Roast barista!
