One of our favorite parts about the Cupping process for 8th & Roast is coming together with our staff, community and other coffee professionals to taste and evaluate coffees!

By tasting coffees along side a variety of chocolates, nuts and fruits, we can better understand each coffee's complex flavor profile and hopefully begin to describe what we are perceiving in the cup.

From the most experienced to the least, every opinion is welcome and valid in this class! We'll be tasting and sharing our individual interpretations without judgement to help build a more clear picture of what each coffee tastes like.

A portion of this class will be dedicated to basic coffee education, as well as teaching proper cupping techniques, history and the importance of cupping at 8th & Roast and the coffee world at large.
